A great start to the day that doesn't vanish at 11am I love my lion's mane with a teaspoon of honey to start the day. The packet says Tablespoon but it's actually a heaped teaspooon to get the number of quoted cups. This is more than enough to give a flavourful pick me up and I've definately noticed I'm sharper and more focussed in the morning and dont get the caffeine withdrawls I used to.
