The people who pack your boxes

Nicole and Andrew, the founders of Shyne, behind a market table holding Chaga and Turkey Tail coffee pouches

Nicole and Andrew, the founders. Nicole on the left.

Shyne is a small Canadian company, founded by Nicole and Andrew. The coffee is made in Brantford, Ontario, and we still stand behind market tables and sell it ourselves.

Every gift order is packed by hand in the same building. Nothing is forwarded to a fulfilment house. If your order is wrong or late, you call Andrew on the number below and he is the one who fixes it.

Card payments run through Stripe and we never see your card number. We take purchase orders. Terms.

Is there tax on this? No. Coffee is a zero-rated basic grocery in Canada, so the total is the total. And a non-cash gift is tax-free to your employee up to $500 a year, where a gift card is taxable from the first dollar.
Which blends are in the box?The Trio is Lion’s Mane, Chaga and Turkey Tail, one of each. For The One, tell us which you would like in the notes when you order.
Can we put our logo on it?Yes, printed on the pouches themselves. It is a tick box in the builder: $5.50 a gift from 100, $2.75 from 250, $1.10 from 500. A Trio has all three bags printed for the one charge, and we send you a proof before anything prints.
What if a box arrives damaged? We replace it. Send a photo to andrew@shynecoffee.ca and we will sort it out.
When do we have to order by?Friday 27 November. The whole Christmas run ships Monday 30 November: office deliveries land by 30 November so you can hand them out, and anything going to people’s homes arrives 7 to 11 December.
Who do we talk to?Andrew, on 647 449 7396. The same person who packs the boxes and answers the email.
