How many cups do you drink?

2cups per day
Based on 237 ml / 8 oz. A practical average for home or cafe drip coffee. Bean, roast, grind, and cup size change the number.
How to use the number
Health Canada uses 400 mg per day as a general upper limit for most healthy adults, and 300 mg per day for people who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Your own tolerance may be lower, especially if caffeine affects your sleep, stomach, heart rate, or nerves.
The fastest win is usually not quitting coffee. It is checking cup size, moving caffeine earlier, and replacing one high-caffeine cup with a lower-caffeine ritual.
