Nicole is the taste behind Shyne Coffee. After both founders lost their jobs during COVID-19 in 2020, she set out to create a mushroom coffee that actually tastes amazing. Over 200 test batches later, she eliminated the earthy aftertaste that plagued every competitor on the market.

Her philosophy is simple: “If it doesn't taste amazing, it doesn't leave our facility.” Every Shyne blend is personally approved by Nicole before production.
