Andrew is the vision behind Shyne Coffee. After losing his job during COVID-19 in 2020, he co-founded Shyne with Nicole and built Nature Lion Inc. from the ground up into a leading Canadian functional mushroom company.

Andrew is a contributing author in Mushroomology (Brill, 2026), bringing academic credibility to the functional mushroom space. His mission: make functional mushrooms accessible to every Canadian.
